Please remember the code is good for the entire length of your stay so do not give it out to anyone other than the registered guests to prevent security issues such as theft. Also, watch your surroundings when entering and/or talking about the key code as others could be looking out to obtain the code that way. This is for your safety and the safety of our unit. You are responsible for the unit and its content during the dates/times of this agreement.

These are strictly enforced, and any violations will result in forfeiture of all deposit, rent and immediate eviction. Climbing on deck railings is prohibited. Jumping on beds and other furniture will be not allowed. These and similar actions are considered disruptive behavior and can result in loss of deposit and prepaid funds as well as being required to depart the condo. Guests behaving in a disruptive manner will be required to immediately depart - including their visitors and all others accompanying them. All prepaid funds and deposits will be forfeited.
