Shores of Panama 1626 House Rules & Guest Guidelines 9900 S. Thomas Drive, Unit 1626 Panama City Beach, FL 32408 Welcome to Shores of Panama 1626! We want you and your family to have a wonderful, relaxing beach vacation. Please take a few moments to review our house rules. These guidelines help ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for everyone. 1. Check-In & Check-Out Check-In: After 4:00 PM Central Time Check-Out: By 10:00 AM Central Time Early check-in or late check-out must be approved in advance. Unauthorized late check-out may result in a $100 fee per additional hour. Your door access code automatically expires at 10:00 AM on your departure date. 2. Occupancy & Registered Guests Maximum occupancy is 6 guests, excluding children under 2 years old. The primary renter must be at least 21 years old. All overnight guests must be included in the reservation. Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight or use the condo and resort amenities. Visitors must receive prior approval from the Owner. Parties, events, and gatherings are strictly prohibited. During Spring Break (March–April), occupancy is limited to 4 adults, unless otherwise approved in advance. Unauthorized guests or exceeding occupancy limits may result in termination of the reservation without refund, subject to applicable law. 3. Respect Our Home Please treat the condo, furnishings, and amenities with care. No moving furniture without permission. Do not remove towels, linens, furnishings, or household items from the condo. Report accidental damage or maintenance concerns promptly. Guests are responsible for damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning beyond normal use. Please leave the condo in reasonably tidy condition. 4. Smoking & Pets Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the condo. Smoking is permitted only in resort-designated smoking areas. Indoor smoking violations may result in a $750 cleaning fee. Pets are not permitted. Guests are responsible for damage or additional cleaning caused by animals. 5. Quiet Hours & Resort Conduct Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. Please be considerate of neighboring guests and residents. No loud music, shouting, parties, or disruptive behavior. No throwing objects from balconies. Do not hang towels or clothing over balcony railings. Follow all posted resort, pool, and beach regulations. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult. Serious or repeated disturbances may result in removal from the property without refund, where permitted by law. 6. Resort Wristbands & Parking Resort wristbands must be worn as required by resort management. Wristbands are for registered guests only and may not be shared. Lost wristbands may incur a $100 replacement fee per band. A mandatory $81 resort registration fee covers wristbands and the parking pass. Complete resort registration at least 24 hours before arrival. Assigned Parking Space: #1626 Located on the right side of the parking ramp between the 8th and 9th floors. Vehicle restrictions: Maximum height: 6'11" Maximum length: 18 feet Maximum width: 8'6" Oversized or unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the owner's expense. 7. Beach & Pool Amenities Please enjoy the resort amenities responsibly. Follow all posted pool and hot tub rules. Pool and hot tub hours are generally 8:00 AM–10:00 PM, subject to resort management. No glass containers in pool areas. Do not reserve unattended pool chairs. Observe beach safety warnings and local regulations. No digging beach holes deeper than 2 feet. No glass containers or prohibited items on the beach. 8. Air Conditioning & Utilities For comfortable and efficient cooling: Keep balcony doors and windows closed while the A/C or heat is operating. Do not set the air conditioning below 68°F. Report A/C, plumbing, electrical, or appliance problems immediately. Do not attempt repairs without authorization. 9. Towels, Linens & Laundry We provide bath towels, linens, and beach towels for your convenience. Bath towels and linens must remain inside the condo. Please use beach towels for beach and pool activities. Do not wash beach towels together with bath towels or bed linens. Wash and dry used beach towels before departure. A $50 fee may apply if beach towels are left unwashed. Guests may be charged for missing or damaged linens and towels beyond normal wear. 10. Kitchen & Trash Please use appliances responsibly. Do not pour grease, food scraps, or other solids down the drains. Only toilet paper may be flushed. Place all trash in bags and dispose of it in the garbage chute near the elevators. Do not leave trash in hallways, stairwells, or on balconies. 11. Security & Safety Always lock the entrance door when leaving. Close and secure balcony doors. Do not share your private entry code. Do not tamper with smoke detectors, safety equipment, or security devices. Report emergencies or unsafe conditions immediately. During designated High Impact Periods, a Ring doorbell camera may be used at the entrance for required guest verification. All adult guests must complete required registration and identification procedures. 12. Departure Checklist Before checking out by 10:00 AM, please: Wash and dry all used beach towels. Load and start the dishwasher. Remove all trash and take it to the garbage chute. Set the thermostat to 75°F in summer or 65°F in winter. Check drawers, closets, washer, and dryer for personal belongings. Close all windows and balcony doors. Make sure the entrance door is securely locked. Additional cleaning charges may apply if the condo is left excessively dirty or departure requirements are not followed. 13. Rule Violations Failure to comply with occupancy restrictions, smoking policies, quiet hours, resort regulations, or other significant house rules may result in additional charges or termination of the stay, subject to applicable law and booking-platform policies.
